A wonderful statue depicting “Juliet”, the lover of the Romeo and Juliet love story created by William Shakespeare, can be seen at Juliet House in Verona, Italy. A copper statue made by the sculptor Nereo Costantini in 1969 was placed in the premises of the Lions Club in Verona in 1972.
This statue has managed to attract tourists over the years and it is believed that touching the statue’s breast will bring unbreakable love or good luck.
